During Office Hours

Your questions, concerns, and communication with us are very important, so both offices have voicemail to better serve you during our working office hours. When you reach our voicemail, please leave a message. All messages are recorded and logged and will be returned. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Voicemail is strictly a backup system when all three lines are busy during office hours.

After Office Hours

If you are calling after hours, please call back during business hours so we can better assist you. If you are inquiring about information on becoming a new patient to our practice, please leave a message.

In Case of Emergency

Most orthodontic concerns can wait until the office re-opens. Please look at this page for solutions to handling orthodontic emergencies. After reviewing these solutions, if you feel this cannot wait until our next business day call (440) 289-7269 to leave a message. The emergency voicemail is checked from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm. (noon). A message left after 12:00 pm (noon) will be returned early the next business day.

A broken bracket, rescheduling appointments and to schedule an appointment is not considered an emergency.
